Therefore, look at your own website through the eyes of a user. What do you think is important when you visit a website? Ask a friend or colleague for some honest feedback or, even better, get an objective evaluation by a consultant. Is the contact information easy to find? Is the content easy to read? Do the pages download quickly enough? If you can answer these questions with "yes", chances are that your visitors will also like what they see.
Of course there are more factors that contribute to a good website. However, making it a pleasurable experience for your visitors might be the most important one.
